3.1.3. Order Receipt Confirmation: After placing the order, customers will receive an email confirming that we have received their order (receipt confirmation). This confirmation does not represent acceptance of the order; it merely serves to inform the customer that we have received the order.

3.2 Order Acceptance:

3.2.1. Contract Formation: A binding contract is only formalized when Library of Alexandria sends a separate acceptance declaration via email or dispatches the products within a reasonable time.

3.2.2. Reservation of Acceptance: We reserve the right not to accept the order. This decision is at our discretion. If we do not process your order, we will inform you immediately.

3.3 Order Information:

3.3.1. Order Documentation: We recommend customers print or save a copy of the order and the Terms and Conditions at the time of the order. The order information will also be included in the receipt confirmation but may not be available online later.

3.3.2. Information Errors: If the customer notices that the contact or order details are incorrect, they must contact us immediately via email to correct the information.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

4.1 Scope and Conditions of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within five days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than five days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

4.3 Condition of Goods and Return Costs: The goods must be returned in the same condition as received. If, upon receipt of the return, it is determined that the goods are not in their original state or show signs of excessive use, the goods will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with this return. The customer will also bear the direct costs of returning the original goods.

4.4 Refunds: In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the total cost of the item we have received from you. However, original delivery costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To process the refund, we will use bank transfer, PayPhone, or PayPal. No additional fees will be charged apart from those deducted by the payment method chosen by the customer.

8.4 Rights in Case of Customer's Breach of Contract: In case of a breach by the customer, such as non-payment of the purchase price, Library of Alexandria reserves the right to terminate the contract and demand the return of the goods under ownership reservation.
